Mood Ring
I was standing at the counter
when a four year old boy
holding a mood ring
walked up and asked how
it works. The kind clerk reached
over and placed the ring on
his finger as she told him to watch.
His eyes grew wide
as the color changed, then he looked
up with his big brown eyes and asked;
"Does green mean lonely?"
